Kristen Anne Bell was born in 1980. She's a singer/actress from the USA. The parents of Kristen Bell were Tom Bell and Lorelei Frygier and both are television news directors. She was raised and born in Huntington Woods Michigan. Her family ancestry includes Polish (mother) as well as German, English, Irish and Scottish (father). Kristen was already an accomplished entertainer at an early stage. In 1992 she won her first acting role in an audition for Raggedy Ann & Andy. Bell was signed by her mother as an agent at the age of was just 13 years old. She was then chosen for the newspaper advertisements and TV commercials. Also, she began private acting classes around the age of 13. Bell played an uncredited part in Polish Wedding (1998), a film released in 1998. Bell went to Shrine Catholic High School and was part of music and drama clubs. The Wizard of Oz was performed by her high school, and she was awarded the role of Dorothy. Bell then moved in New York City, to the Tisch School of the Arts. She studied musical theater at the Tisch School of the Arts. Bell completed her studies in 2001, resigned her university studies to perform her role as Becky on Tom Sawyer. Bell made her debut film credit with Pootie Tang in 2001. However, her scene cut, and Bell's only role is the end credits. The year 2002 saw her first major role. Bell made an appearance on the Broadway version of The Crucible with Liam Neeson as well as Angela Bettis.
